Once you've told us what phone you have and its condition, we'll provide a free quote. If you decide to accept, we'll arrange either local collection or our mail-in service. Your phone will be checked against the details provided and, if everything matches, we'll complete the purchase and arrange payment by bank transfer.

Techcycle is based in Birmingham and provides local phone collection across Tamworth and nearby areas including Wilnecote, Fazeley, Amington and Dosthill. We travel to you to collect your device, so you don't need to visit a shop. If local collection isn't suitable, you can use our UK-wide mail-in service instead.

Depending on availability, we may be able to arrange collection in Tamworth the same day you accept your quote. We'll check the phone at collection and, once we've confirmed it matches the details provided, payment is made there and then by bank transfer.
