4. Selling Your Device
When you sell a device to Techcycle:
You must ensure that the device is in your lawful possession and free from any liens or encumbrances. You are responsible for removing any personal data from the device before selling it to us, although we will also perform a thorough data wipe.We reserve the right to refuse any device that does not meet our standards or appears to be stolen or tampered with.
5. Device Blocking
By selling your device to Techcycle, you agree not to block the device after the sale is completed. If the device is blocked or reported as lost or stolen after the sale, we reserve the right to pass your details on to a debt collection agency to recover any losses incurred.
6. Data Wiping
We will perform a complete data wipe on all devices purchased by us. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure data is permanently erased, we do not guarantee that all data will be unrecoverable. It is your responsibility to back up and remove all personal data before selling your device to us.
7. Pricing and Payments
All prices for buying devices are determined based on the current market value and the condition of the device.Payments for sold devices will be made promptly after the device has been inspected and the transaction approved.We accept payments through [list payment methods].
8. Limitation of Liability
Techcyle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to data loss or any issues related to the sale of a device.

Where Are you Based?
We are based in Birmingham and cover the entire UK thanks to our handy mail-in service.
How Do I Get Paid Today?
To get paid today you’ll need to live in or around the Birmingham area.
We have local partners who can either collect your items or you can drop them off.
How Fast Will I Get Paid?
We have the quicket pay out times in the industry. When we come to you or you drop an item off, we’ll pay you on the spot.
If you’re mailing your device in, we’ll pay you the day we recieve it.
